1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

All products purchased from Jacobs Leather include a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. This covers:

  • Stitching defects

  • Hardware issues (zippers, buttons, snaps)

  • Structural craftsmanship faults

  • Material defects not caused by wear and tear

We do not compromise on quality — and we ensure every piece meets the standards of a luxury leather brand.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear

  • Improper care or cleaning

  • Accidental damage (tears, stains, burns)

  • Water damage

  • Natural aging of leather (patina, softening, minor creasing)

These are characteristics of real leather and develop beautifully over time.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item qualifies for warranty service:

  2. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no additional cost
