We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Because our products are made from velvet and faux fur materials, they must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived.

Non Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product quality, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn or used

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items with visible wear or damage

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or altered items

Return Process

If you wish to return your item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the address provided.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of packages lost during return transit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

After inspecting your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
